Junior Chukwubuike Adamu was born to his Mother, Jemima Chinwe Adamu, and Father, Haruna Adamu, in the city of Kano, Nigeria. He spent the earliest of his childhood years in Nigeria. When he was three (2004), Chukwubuike Adamu’s parents emigrated to Europe.

Reaching there, Chukwubuike Adamu’s Family settled in one of Austria’s cities called Graz. In Austria, he (the first child of his family) spent his childhood alongside his sisters, Elizabeth, Cynthia, Lilian. Also, his brothers – Mathias and Joshia Adamu.

As a child, all Chukwubuike Adamu wanted was to become a professional footballer. Understanding what he wanted to do in life, Haruna and Jemima (his parents) gave him all the support he needed. Haruna (his Dad) found him his first football academy, GSV Wacker.

The youngster became the academy’s best as he progressed through the age groups. Junior’s quest for a bigger academy led him to join Grazer AK. Because he was so good, Red Bull Salzburg acquired him in 2015. There, he had a successful youth career.

Junior started a senior career by going on loan to Liefering and St. Gallen. While there, he scored a combined 30 goals. His performance made Salzburg recall him. At his parent club, he achieved a meteoric rise by scoring against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
