When Georginio turned 12, he moved to another team called Vannes OC. His new coach, Stéphane Madec, worked with him for two years. The young talent remained the same as a teenager—a respectful, cheerful, and hardworking boy. “He always had his big smile. He was a great teammate and a good leader but never tried to take all the attention for himself,” Coach Madec said.

Le Bijou played his first big football game for Rennes on the 26th of September 2020. He came into the game as a substitute for Eduardo Camavinga during a match against Saint Étienne.

Before that, Georginio also played for the Rennes II team. He played his first game for them on the 25th of August 2018 against a team called Montagnarde.
