Toni Kroos Childhood Story – Early Life:

For Biography starters, Toni Kroos arrived on planet Earth in the month of January, precisely on the 4th day of the new year of 1990 in Greifswald, East Germany.

Growing up with his kid brother Felix, Toni had all he ever wanted as a child. It was never difficult for his parents to watch him grow up.

During his youth, Toni Kroos was not the most outstanding student at school and he spent a lot of time practising football and participating in school tournaments.

In addition, Toni was well-behaved in class and well-liked among his peers at school.

Toni Kroos Early Life in Football:

It is believed that Toni was never thought of as a gifted footballer growing up but instead sought success through hard work, both on the pitch.

This attitude ultimately came from his father’s electric work ethic in training him and his kid brother, Felix.

However, there was an issue with multitasking. Combining football with reading books was his weakness.

He chose to focus on the first and concentrated less on the latter. Ideally, Toni Kroos was not a good student when it came to studies. He gave in all efforts to football.

The one-time cute little boy never became a moody teenager.

Toni was prepared for every new life stage along the way. His constant hard work and success became evident when he became a valuable member of Bayern Munich’s first team at the tender age of 17.

Since that time, especially after the 2014 World Cup, the world has known Toni to be one of the best archetypes of the modern attacking midfielder. A type of midfielder the likes of Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde have gotten inspiration from.

The rest, as they say, is now history.

Jessica Farber Facts – Toni Kroos Wife and Children:

Kroos has been with his long-term girlfriend and college school sweetheart Jessica Farber. His beautiful Wag was the reason for his breakthrough in his youth career.

As a way of rewarding her, Toni had to cement her as the sole owner of his heart.

Jessica is beautiful and has a good heart. She is a renowned expert in the German tourism sector and consciously stays away from the classic WAG existence (details below).

She first met Toni back when they were in school together, and at a time, he faced the difficulty of combining football with academics.

Jessica Farber assisted him academically the best way she could. The two lovebirds were seen as inseparable from the moment they met.

Toni’s future could have been with any woman he wanted, but Jessica was the only girl that he was interested in, even as many others showed interest. In fact, Toni did not waste his time with the other girls.

Toni’s wife, Jessica Farber, is a peaceful, loving lady who cannot be compared to many other German players’ wags who are extroverted in nature.

Jessica Farber deliberately chooses the shades instead of being in the spotlights.

About Felix Kroos – Toni Kroos Brother:

Toni has a kid brother who goes by the name Felix Kroos.

He was born on the 12th of  March 1991 (1 year younger than Toni). The blonde midfielder, who reportedly was not very busy with studying back in school, has always preferred playing football.

Still, sadly, in the shadows of his more successful brother’s omnipotent glow, Felix Kroos has found the ladder to footballing greatness a lot more slippery than Toni.

Formerly of Werder Bremen, Felix struggled to nail down a regular starting spot in holding midfield and transferred to Union Berlin for €500,000.

His list of accolades is very meagre indeed compared to his older sibling, but he did win the 2007 ‘Talent of the Year’ award in Mecklenburg-Vorpommen.

Felix has exhibited great versatility in his career, having started out as a frontman but having played as far back as centre-half to get game time in his career.

He praises his dad and former trainer (see below) for every achievement he and his brother have acquired.

Toni Kroos Facts – The World Cup:

For many, this comes as a surprise, but it’s not really when you consider 2014 was the German national team’s first World Cup triumph since the country was reunified in 1990.

Prior to that, East Germany was pretty useless on the international stage compared to its Western neighbours.

Now, what is the Toni Kroos Fact??….. Truth is…He was the only individual in the whole 2014 World Cup-winning squad who was born in East German territory.

He comes from Greifswald, Mecklenburg-Vorpommen.

When presented with the fact, Kroos himself seemed equally astonished, questioning, “Am I really the only one? I am not as much in touch with those times as my parents.”

Toni Kroos Facts – Reason behind his nickname:

So brilliant is Kroos’ passing ability that he earned the nickname “Garcon” or “The Waiter” during the summer World Cup.

Kroos was feeding his teammates with appetising passes and setting them up so well throughout the tournament that the host nation felt that he deserved the nickname after completing 76 out of 79 passes in a 2014 World Cup group match against Portugal.

Statistically, Kroos was the best player at the tournament.

Toni Kroos Biography Career Summary:

Kroos first played for his town’s local club Greifswalder SC, and he later made a switch to Hansa Rostock’s youth team. Thanks to hard work and dedication, Kroos moved to Bayern Munich’s youth setup in 2006.

Owing to his commitment to football, Toni found himself sometimes missing up to 40 days during his school year due to training. During the 2007–08 season, at the age of 17, young Kroos was promoted to Bayern’s senior team.

In 2006, Toni Kroos started with Bayern Munich’s youth team. He was promoted to the first team in 2007. He was just 17 years old at that time.

This was followed by a loan to Bayern Leverkusen in the 2009/10 season. He played 33 matches for them. Toni ended that season with nine goals and 12 assists.

Success at Bayern Leverkusen prompted his return to Bayern Munich the next season. He won 3 Bundesliga titles, a Champions League with Bayern Munich and the 2014 FIFA World Cup (2 goals and four assists).

Kroos was unlucky not to win the Golden Ball, which went to Lionel Messi. He was transferred to Real Madrid for an undisclosed fee in 2014.
