At one point, he and his father even co-owned The Pig’s Ear, Chelsea’s oldest pub, adding another layer to his deep-rooted connection with the Chelsea area. This challenging start only fueled his ambition and resilience.

Frank Lampard Childhood Story – Early Life and Family Background:
For Biography starters, Frank James Lampard was born on June 20, 1978, in Romford, London, England to his Father, Frank Lampard, Sr. and Mother, Pat Lampard.
He comes from a family of footballers, and he is the youngest child of his parents. For little Frank, it was all about school and football.
Frank Lampard was a brilliant child and top of his class back then when he attended Brentwood School from 1989 to 1994.
He completed his GCSEs and earned an A+ parallel. His love for football was also seen at a very young age.
According to Frankie
‘I was very young when I started liking football. I grew into a family of people who loved the game so for as long as I can remember, I have too.
I was the mummy’s boy because I was the last child. Aside from playing football, I also loved reading.
My mum, who was a Liberian, made me love reading books. I will always remember how West Ham, and particularly Harry Redknapp and my Dad, helped me start my career.
Frank Lampard Childhood Years – The School Quiz:
While in school as a little kid, Frankie became determined to become a footballer rather than having a continuous focus on education for one reason.
That’s ‘To prove doubters Wrong’. Doubters here include his school friends and teacher. Now, let us give you the gist;
As Frank Lampard puts it:
“At school, I remember completing a paper about what I wanted to do for a job. I put footballer, and the teacher told me that being a footballer is not a job.
She told me only one in 300 kids makes it as a Footballer. And she would say: ‘Do you think you will be the one?’ I said: ‘Yes I do’. And my classmates would sit there and laugh at me.”
This was a turning point for Frankie, a time he decided he would focus solely on football after his GCSE exams. Making up his mind thou wasn’t easy.
It was one teacher named Mr Bouckley (Pic below) who assisted him with needing both a guardian and cancelling.
Lampard wrote: “Bouckley helped me through a difficult time when I was deciding whether or not to leave school after my GCSEs and take up a football career,”
adding: “His personal touch, the encouragement along the way was greatly appreciated.
Finally, he said: ” One of the most important roles of a teacher is to inspire their pupils to fulfil their dreams and aspirations. Mr Bouckley was a prime example of a good teacher.”

It was reported that after her untimely death, Callous Burglars ransacked her empty home in a bid to find her expensive jewellery.
The thieves ransacked the property, destroying furniture and pulling cupboards from the walls as they searched – but they made off empty-handed as all of Mrs Lampard’s jewellery went to her daughters following her death.
They are believed to have entered the property after wedging a window open. No one was in the house at the time.

Frank Lampard Love Life:
Frank Lampard fell in love with Spanish model Elen Rivas. However, she never made it to the altar with him.
He spent seven years with Elen Rivas, with whom he has two daughters, Luna (born 22 August 2005) and Isla (born 20 May 2007), before they decided to split in 2009.
That year, in 2009, Frank met another lady. Frank was with Piers Morgan in a bar when Christine came into the bar, and Frank said,
“Who’s that? She looks different…She’s attractive.” … “She just looked at you, mate. I think she likes you too and should like your little girls too!” said Piers.
Next thing, they were together. The next day, Frank travelled to play for England, and they spoke every night for four hours and fell madly in love in just one week.

It is interesting to note that Frankie’s daughters from his relationship with Elen Rivas get on so well with Christine.
More on the new Family Life:
‘Sometimes Christine and the girls do gang up on me,’ the footballer said.
Frank Lampard continues…‘For me, that’s great, because going into a relationship, the step-parent role is hard.
To get to the point where I see the girls saying, “We’ve got Chris, and we love you. Chris is brilliant.’
He added: ‘Back then, I had a year of being a single dad, and it was tough. I remember when I come back from work, so tired, and observed they’ve made a mess in their room, I get frustrated.
It’s certainly helped me having Christine and the bond that has grown between her and the girls.’
With his daughters now nearing their teenage years, Frank says he doesn’t want to spoil them by giving them too much money.
He urges them to go out and earn their own money. By this, they’ll appreciate life more.
He said: ‘I give them loads of cash mostly at Christmas and at their birthdays; I do my best but don’t want to get carried away by spoiling them.
I don’t want a brat of 13 or 14. I still tell them to go out and earn their own money. Literally, they get £ 5,000-week pocket money.’
Frank Lampard Biography – She Regrets Leaving Him:

Miss Rives is now living with her other daughters, Luna, four, and two-year-old Isla, in a six-bedroom house that Lampard has bought for £2.85 million.
The heartbroken Spanish blonde called off the wedding after suspecting Lampard was linked to two other women and made it clear that she was devastated.
What Elen Rivas said:
In her words, ‘I was very, very sad. He totally broke my heart; I just cried. Maybe I was so in a hurry to let him off my life’…
But today, Miss Rives said that she could not face starting another relationship, saying: ‘It wouldn’t be fair of her to start a new relationship when she still thinks of Frank.
She also insisted that she would never date another footballer, adding: ‘No, no, no. I have been asked out on dates, of course, the other footballers, but I say no to everybody.’
She admitted that she is struggling, as she said: ‘Frank supports the kids, but I have to work. Obviously, he gave me the house, but the rest I have to do myself.
It’s hard being a single mum. I feel lonely sometimes and angry. But I have to be strong. I have moments when I want to cry and hideaway, but my kids and friends get me through.’
After confirming Lampard has fully moved on, Rives had to concentrate on rebuilding her life and career. She once reinvented herself as a lingerie designer, launching a new collection for Tesco.

A Product of West Ham:
Lampard’s long and successful career began at West Ham United (where his father played) after joining the youth team in 1994.
A year later, he signed his first professional contract and then went on loan to Swansea, where he made nine appearances and scored his 1st career goal.
He broke into the West Ham starting 11 in the 1996/1997 season, but a broken leg would end his campaign early. He and his two friends (Ashley Cole and John Terry) impressed the following season.
Frank scored his first hat-trick in the 1998/1999 season for the club. He was a key player and helped The Hammers to their highest-ever Premier League finish (5th).

Kissing the ring on my finger is for my girlfriend. So it’s all very family-based,” said the England international.
His Badge kissing celebration shows his love and loyalty to Chelsea FC. However, this was questioned when he agreed to play for Man City and even scored against his beloved Chelsea.
Scoring Against Chelsea:
Frank Lampard was left almost speechless after scoring the equaliser for his new club, Manchester City, in the 1-1 draw with Chelsea at the Etihad. This was under Manuel Pellegrini’s era before the arrival of Pep Guardiola.
Chelsea legend Lampard, who spent 13 years at Stamford Bridge, was serenaded by the visiting fans when he came off the bench.
Surprisingly, he struck five minutes from time after being picked out by James Milner to cancel out Andre Schurrle’s 71st-minute opener.
The 36-year-old made a point of not celebrating the goal, and he admitted to mixed emotions.
According to him:
“It’s a really difficult one. I’d be unprofessional if I didn’t come on and do my job, so I was trying to get into the box, and it was a great ball back from Milly.
It’s a tough one for me. I had 13 amazing years with the Chelsea fans, so I am mixed with it. Again, I am obviously pleased the team I play for got a draw and not a loss.
I was pleased I didn’t score a goal that would make them lose the game. The truth is, I was at a loss for words. I didn’t expect to come on and score like that.
Chelsea fans were singing the time I came on, and that’s emotional. Then I am playing for this club, who have taken me in brilliantly as well, so I am really stuck in the middle here.”
City boss Manuel Pellegrini says he did not think twice about using Lampard.
He said: “I asked him if he wanted to be involved, and of course he wanted to be involved. That shows how great a professional Lampard is.
He continued…”I am sure he was not happy to score against such an important team in his career, but he’s a good professional; he is a very good player.”
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho, for whom Lampard was such a key figure during his first spell at Stamford Bridge, was also philosophical about the goal.
Mourinho said: “He is a Man City player. I don’t believe in these histories of passion and heart; I don’t believe in these.
Maybe I am too pragmatic in football. When he decided to come to Man City, a direct competitor of Chelsea, love stories are over. He did his job as the super professional he is, and he did well.”
